Harry Potter and the Israeli/Palestine Conflict

After a fun party at Desiree's/Kika's. I woke up and did the rest of my Spanish reading. I also did some reading for myself. I grabbed lunch and talked to friends. I then struggled to break some money because in this country change is valuable and the only way to pay for the bus. I will not miss that. I got to school and headed to Econ. While this is the last real class, he still gave us new material instead of reviewing for the final. I will not miss this class at all.

After, I hung out with people from my program before in Spanish. In Spanish, we practiced the subjunctive. My teacher is apparently Harry Potter because she feels like it is really crappy writing. We kept fighting her on it. It was pretty amusing. We also talked about the Israel/Palestinian issue. After, I headed home.

I went to the store, and got the shirt. I practiced with the buttons and it seems to work. Woot woot!!! Then I headed home. There I worked on my Political & Social Change paper. The assignment is two to three pages double spaced, and bullet points. I am writing about Mexico and more or less finished which is really nice since I have two other papers to write, and two finals next week. Not fun. I am hoping to finish out or get close to finishing another paper tomorrow afternoon, though I also have another birthday dinner tomorrow night

My Spanish Language Computer

I woke up around 10ish. I hung out and relaxed. I read and ate some breakfast. I showered. I then talked to the front desk about my computer. It has been on the skits for the last few day. They said I could see their technician later today. I chilled due to this. I got money on my phone and grabbed food. I relaxed more. I found out that the technician was coming to the hostel. I was suppose to meet with my new friend Desiree but we pushed it back cause of this. I relaxed.

Unfortunately, before the technician began looking at my computer, it stopped turning on. The guy ended up having to reinstall windows on my computer. I still have all my files, but I lost all my bookmarks on Firefox and I have to reinstall some things slowly but surely. But it goes so much faster now. Also, it is now all in Spanish, well the programs are not. But windows is so I will be learning all kinds of random Spanish now. It shall be interesting.

I then met up with Desiree. We walked around and tried to find a bank which was a hard task. Then we ended up at a nice resturant. We had a nice conversation. Then we walked back. I saw a sushi place on the way back from saying goodbye. Then I talked to Abbey and tried to install some stuff on my computer. In the meantime, ET was on tv. Amazing.
